Your promises are an empty hole.
Your brain is closed to opposition.

Who is this Grinch you ask?

It’s no lie, I don’t like that women and I hope Obama sets her straight… and soon. Obama, your getting it right by engaging in discussions!

Gas Blamers

I saw this the other day (on ebaum’s world) and just had to comment:

And when democrat Nancy Pelosi took office on a pledge to lower gas prices in 2006, prices were at $2.29 p/gal.

So lets look at this…
From 2000 to 2006 thats $1.46 to just $2.29, which equates to $0.83 p/gal increase over 6 years.

After Pelosi took office in 2006 on the pledge to lower gas prices its now 2008 and prices have spiked to an average of $4.11 p/gal. Thats almost a $2 p/gal increase in 18 months! 

I’m sorry, I’ll take the $0.83 p/gal increase over 6 years any day to the 2 dollars in 18 months.

STOP THE UNMERITED BLAME!

It’s not right to just blame Republicans, it’s not right to just blame the Democrats. If we don’t want higher energy prices, then we need an energy plan that puts responsibility for energy into our hands.

On oil and oil politics…

I thought we elected the democrats into congress so they could lower gas prices…?

This is why I am an Independent, because most in Washington are just liars with personal agendas.

 

Atleast when oil trades higher it does help Americans.
