This year Martin Luther King day falls on the eve of a most auspicious election. Tomorrow is a new day for this country, be it your belief for good or worse. It is a trying time on the third rock as every year brings more population, globalization and tax on earth’s resources.
While controversial, I would like to thank Bush for his years of service to this country. However, as our fathers in the past knew all too well; a fresh mind is need at the helm every few years. Just as I find it easy to judge on the negative, I like to remember the good Bush did, the good Clinton did and so forth. It’s difficult to always make the right decision when you have the weight of a country on your shoulders, its a matter of trusting your team and hoping. We all know Obama has put forth the hope in this country and raised many morals, time will hopefully not yield people apathetic towards politics and government.
Here’s to you MLK & Team-O, a dream has certainly taken place:
